Beachfront property with stunning sea views. Terrace access is a bonus. Close to airport and attractions like Casa Museo Unamuno Fuerteventura. Quite a steal!

No in-room towel folding service. I mean, is it too much to ask for a towel swan to greet me after a day at the beach?

We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows, everything was fulfilled. Its location was great and unbeatable with access to El Charco de Bristol❤

The value for money was jaw-dropping, and I will definitely book again!

Despite the scorching temperatures, the lack of air conditioning was surprisingly bearable thanks to the refreshing ocean breeze that circulated through the open windows at night. It felt like having a natural "air conditioner" keeping the room cool and comfortable.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and all the restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of air conditioning and some noise from the nearby playground, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Edificio Verde Parke. I highly recommend this place for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

Personally, I found the washing machine in the apartment a bit unnecessary for my short stay. However, I understand that other guests might find it useful for longer visits or those who prefer to do their own laundry.
